Good foot support gives us confidence and self-confidence, well-placed knees and ankles give us a feeling of lightness and at the same time help us feel strong. The bones are where the muscles allow them to be, so let’s balance the muscles so that the balls, ankles, feet balance out.

Suitable for people with bunions, mounted toes, hammer, flat feet, plantar fasciitis, spurs, x-tabs, varus, valgus, etc.

The exercises will be adapted to the needs and possibilities of each participant.


We propose a workshop of 4 sessions in which we will work in depth the feet and legs.


1st SESSION-EACH FINGER IN YOUR SITE: session dedicated to work the muscles of the toes and their position, you will learn specific exercises for your feet.

2nd SESSION-SUPPORTS: we will work on correcting the supports of the feet and the position of the ankles and knees.

3rd SESSION-THE BRIDGE: we will focus on the bridge, on the excessively shrunken (too bridge) or lax (flat feet) muscles. We continue correcting support and position of the ankle and knee.

4th SESSION-WALKING: session dedicated to remembering at our feet the correct movement in the step. The muscles forget for lack of use or for avoiding pain, but they can always remember if we help them.

It is a VIVENCIAL AND PRACTICAL WORKSHOP of mindfulness, emotional stability, creativity and the interrelation with others. No previous knowledge in Focusing or Mindfulness is necessary
