In Essència we started this new season 2016-2017 with a space dedicated to women who appreciate care and feel good. We want to dedicate morning, this time of day that belongs to you.

Throughout this season you can choose between different and varied proposals that your welfare is a priority and you will feel unique, complete and full health.

In Essència you find a trusted environment to hear and understand the feelings of your body, you will find tools that allow you relax the mind and techniques that will lead you to overcome fears that limit you.
Organize small workshops and meetings to share experiences and introduce you to some behaviors to improve your relationships. We also go into practice the art of parenting to make our home a harmonious space and conseguiruna empathetic and fluid communication between family members.

Pregnant Yoga

To prepare and recover the body while we strengthen the bond with the baby.

Pregnant yoga: It helps to become armonized with the baby. It provides happiness and calm, at the same time it gives confidence to the woman at giving birth

Postnatal Yoga with babies: It favors the recovery of musculature in general and the pelvic floor in particular. We spend time enjoying the contact with the baby with caresses and massages thus strengthening the affective bonds.

FELDENKRAIS METHOD

What is it?
The Feldenkrais method is an educational system focused on the evolution process of our motion and on the body consciousness learning.

How it helps us?
It helps to figure out the origin of pain and treating arthrosis, back ache, etc. It improves motion, posture and flexibility as well. In that sense, the method also expands our self-conscience and our own image, and it helps on the recovery of neurological problems.

What it consists of?
In that activity we use the individual movement, of each person, in a collection of linked movements called ATM, so that the student in a fun way discovers by himself and in his own body the most easy, pleasant, and organic way to move and the relation between that learning and a vital attitude, getting new neurological connections and new patterns of motion.

Who is directed to?
To those people who want to improve their posture and solve arthrosis and back ache problems, and so on.

YOGA AND MEDITATION

What it consists of?
Hatta yoga: It is the most physical yoga. Through its postures it exerts a beneficial influence above all the body.
Kundalini Yoga: It combines breathing exercises, movement, stretching and sounds.

Yoga for pregnants: It is an accessible approach and adapted to particular needs. The postures are supported by accessories.

Postnatal Yoga with babies: It favors the recovery of musculature in general and the pelvic floor in particular. We spend time enjoying the contact with the baby with caresses and massages thus strengthening the affective bonds.

Family Yoga:An encouraging proposal to share experiences. The children discover new feelings and the parents explore their own emotions and their childs’ doing the exersise the family in whole.

Yoga for kids and teenagers: It helps them to discover in a natural way the new things that are showing up and the ones that are to come, as in a physical and mental level, and it teaches them to channel their energy.
